{Uzhichil - full body massage with warm oil, Shirodhara - pouring warm oil on the forehead (effective for stress / strain, sleep disorder, rejuvenating brain etc.), Steam - sitting in the chamber filled with steam prepared by herbal/medicated water, Herbal Bath - taking bath in warm water prepared with herbs, Pizhichil - rejuvenating treatment with medicated warm oil used in a continuous stream for a definite period for the whole body, Kizhi -treatment is made to sweat the body by fomentation with a bundle of linen filled with a bolus of special herbs/pulses}

2. Panchakarma / Detoxification Package :

Package includes: Abhyangam, Swedanam, Vasti, Kashaya Vasti, Thaila Vasti, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Udwardhanam.

Total Duration : 1.30 – 2 hours daily

3. Weight loss package:

We have weight loss package with Vasti, udwardhanam etc for minimum 14 days but the course of packages and the cost could be worked out after the consultation with the doctor.
Package includes: Abhyangam, Udwardhanam, Vasti & Swedanam.

Total Duration : 1.30 – 2 hours daily

Cost of the package – 14 days - US $ 442 / Rs. 16,800

21 days - US $ 553 / Rs. 21,000

28 days - US $ 700 / Rs. 26,600

4. One Full Day Special treatment:

a) Morning Session -

Program = Pizhichil (pouring medicated warm oil on whole body) + Kizhi (bundle of medicated herbs, applying on body) + Herbal steam (full body in a steam chamber)

(b) After noon Session -

Program = Uzhichil (Body massage) + Sirodhara (pouring medicated warm oil on the forehead) + Herbal Bath.

This package includes, Herbal Tea, snacks, etc.

Total Treatment Cost - US $ 119 / Rs. 4,500 per person

{The cost of the special 7, 14, 21 and 28 days mentioned above are reduced rates from our normal packages and if any medicines or food supplements required after the consultation with the doctor, will be charged extra. Also the rate quoted above is for the general treatments and if any special treatments required then the charges may change. So Please consult with the doctor on arrival for the best treatments, duration and the cost}

Our working time is 8 am - 7 pm. All days are working including Sundays. Doctor is available on all the days except Thursdays.

All the rates mentioned above are the cost of the treatment. Accommodation could be arranged at a nearby guest house.

a) Air conditioned single room at our centre– Rs. 1500 ( US $ 37) per day
b) Air conditioned Double Room at our centre – Rs. 2000 ( US $ 50) per day
c) Non Air conditioned single room at our centre– Rs. 1000 ( US $ 25) per day
d) Non Air conditioned Double Room at our centre – Rs. 1500 ( US $ 37) per day

2. Delhi -

a) Air conditioned single room at guest house – US $ 53 (Rs. 2000) per day
b) Air conditioned double room at guest house – US $ 74 (Rs. 2800) per day

3. Kerala –

a) Air conditioned single room at guest house – US $ 33 (Rs. 1250) per day
b) Non air conditioned single room at guest house – US $ 22.3 (Rs. 850) per day

Food - Vegetarian food - from US $ 10 - 13 (Rs. 450) per day.
(Food Facility is available at Gurgaon and Kerala only)
