Abhyangam (General Relaxation
body Massage)
Special herbal
Ayurvedic oil is slowly warmed up and gently massaged in to

This massage also improves lymph flow and stimulates the
immune system. Furthermore, whilst provides new energy,
it strengthens the nervous system. It is followed by a steam
bath and shower.
Shirodhara :
Luke warm herbal Ayurvedic oil is gently and steadily poured
over the forehead in a continuous stream using a special
rhythmic swaying movement, while a gentle massage is given

Pizhichil :
In this highly sought after rejuvenation treatment, lukewarm
herb-infused Ayurvedic oil is applied to the body in a

Njavarakizhi :
