Stress Management Program: (ASMP)

Ayurvedic Health CareTM offers one hour daily
stress management program. The one hour session includes -
30 minute Yoga and 30 min Meditation.
This
special program is available for 10 days, 20 days and 30
days package.
This
package is valid for 6 months from the date of joining. We
offer membership cards for this Ayurja Stress Management
Program (ASMP) and all the members can avail this facility
at a special rate. This special stress management program is
available at our Gurgaon center at present and we will be
starting at our new Noida center as well.
We offer
20% discount on our Ayurveda Rejuvenation, Relaxation and
Detoxification packages to all our members at our Gurgaon,
Kalkaji (New Delhi) & Trivandrum (Kerala) center. The
consultation with doctor will be free of cost for all the
Card Holders.
We have
Three type of membership:
1)
Membership for – Ayurja Stress Management Program – (ASMP)
All the
members can select the package they are interested, there
are basically 4 different stress management packages:
a)
10 days
– This package entitles the member to participate in the
program for 10 days within 180 days (6 months) from the date
of purchase. The member has to book the timing in advance
as per the availability of the slot. The member could
participate in 10 sessions – the duration of each session is
one hour – 30 min Yoga and 30 Min Meditation.
Cost of
the 10 days packages – Rs. 7000
b)
20 days
- This package entitles the member to participate in the
program for 20 days within 180 days (6 months) from the date
of purchase. The member has to book the timing in advance
as per the availability of the slot. The member could
participate in 20 sessions – the duration of each session is
one hour – 30 min Yoga and 30 Min Meditation.
Cost of
the 20 days packages – Rs. 12000
c)
30 days
- This package entitles the member to participate in the
program for 30 days within 180 days (6 months) from the date
of purchase. The member has to book the timing in advance
as per the availability of the slot. The member could
participate in 10 sessions – the duration of each session is
one hour – 30 min Yoga and 30 Min Meditation.
Cost of
the 30 days packages – Rs. 15000
These special Ayurja Stress Management program membership is
valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Membership for Ayurveda Rejuvenation Program
Kerala
Ayurvedic Health Care offers Special Rejuvenation program at
all our centers at a discounted rate.
The
members are entitled to enjoy – A special Abhyangam (Full
body massage with herbal oil) + Special Head Massage + Face
Massage and Steam bath.
All these
at a discounted rate of - Rs. 16,000 - for 20 sessions.
3. Membership for Ayurveda Relaxation Program
Kerala
Ayurvedic Health Care offers Special Relaxation program at
all our centers at a discounted rate.
The
members are entitled to enjoy – A special Abhyangam (Full
body massage with herbal oil for Rejuvenation ) + Shirodhara
(pouring warm oil on the forehead for Brain relaxation) +
Special Head Massage + Face Massage and Steam bath.
All these
at a discounted rate of - Rs. 24,000 - for 20 sessions.
The above
memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
All the members, family members and friends can avail this
special package on presentation of this membership card.
There will not be any refund of charges during the validity
of the packages in case of loss of card or due to any other
reason. Incase of loss of card a new card will be issued.
These
facilities and membership cards are available at our Kalkaji
and Gurgaon Centers. We are starting centers in Noida in the
coming month.
